Founded in 2004, Yantai Ludong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a key manufacturer specialized in the R&D and production of renewable‑resource processing equipment, precision machine‑tool spindles, hydraulic tailstock assemblies, gearbox power assemblies, spare parts for mining machinery equipment (scooptrams), mining‑equipment cyclones, as well as integrated processing for riveting and welding equipment.

The company holds multiple national patents for new‑product R&D, including design patents and utility‑model patents. Our self‑developed scrap metal shears are widely adopted in scrap‑material recycling, non‑ferrous‑metal processing and metal smelting industries, greatly improving production efficiency for scrap‑steel processing bases.

Our patented products include tiger‑head shears, various hydraulic metal shears, gantry shears and cast‑iron crushing presses. We also produce CNC precision spindles, spline shafts, hydraulic tailstock assemblies, gearbox power assemblies, precision gears, various pin shafts and sleeves for scooptrams, internal gears, half‑shaft sleeves, sun gears, planetary gears and shaft gears for scooptrams. In addition, we provide non‑standard customization, drawing design and tooling process planning services.

LUDONG was recognized as a national-level science and technology SME. Following China's Belt and Road strategy, we consolidate the domestic market, expand overseas, and work toward becoming a global manufacturer of fine equipment and an integrated service operator in intelligent recycling machinery.

2019-2024

Circular-economy equipment and dual businesses

We focused on the green circular economy and independently developed core patented machines, including scrap-steel shears, alligator shears, gantry shears and cast-iron crushing presses. The range is used in scrap recycling, metal smelting and solid-waste treatment, serving circular-economy parks, urban-mining demonstration bases, large steel and mining groups, and scrap processing and distribution centres. The company moved from single-part machining to a dual business of precision parts plus complete intelligent equipment. A full service system now covers drawing design, process tooling and non-standard equipment.

Hydraulic equipment line completed

The hydraulic machinery manufacturing project was launched, completed and put into production. The hydraulic equipment line was improved, strengthening volume production of recycling hydraulic shears and precision hydraulic assemblies, and raising both product quality and capacity.

2004-2018

Precision machining and mining parts

We stayed on the precision machining track, improved processes, and expanded into splined shafts, precision gears and non-standard mechanical parts. Mining-equipment work was added, covering LHD pin bushings, internal gears, half-shaft sleeves, planetary gears, shaft gears and cyclones. Riveting, welding and integrated machining capacity was built out. Continuous R&D produced appearance-design and utility-model patents, and independent development capability grew steadily.

Company founded in Muping, Yantai

Yantai Muping Ludong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was officially registered. Early work focused on precision machine-tool supporting parts - precision spindles, hydraulic tailstock assemblies and gearbox power assemblies - laying the core foundation for precision manufacturing.
