Machine Features

1.The bed and bed legs are integrally cast with resin sand and subjected to aging treatment. The guideways are hardened by super-audio frequency quenching, and the carriage is lined with plastic.

2.High-rigidity spindle system with large bore φ82mm, three-point support and four sets of bearings.

3.Precision ground gears; 45° helical teeth deliver high torque with low operating noise.

4.A coolant return trough is designed along the edge of the carriage surface to prevent cutting fluid overflow.

5.Enlarged slide base provides powerful performance for Z-axis travel.

6.Customization available: 105mm spindle bore and elevated headstock for maximum swing diameter up to 630mm.
