CK-630 slant bed CNC lathe adopts a 30° one-piece cast slant bed for smooth chip removal and good self-flow of cutting fluid. The bed is made of high-strength cast iron with aging treatment, delivering outstanding bending and torsional rigidity. It is available with heavy-duty hard rail or linear guide options.
Equipped with a high-rigidity A2-11 spindle unit with large through bore, servo spindle drive enables constant surface speed cutting.
It comes with hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tailstock and hydraulic turret for fast and accurate tool change. This machine performs precision turning of internal/external cylinders, end faces, arcs, threads and grooves for shaft and disc workpieces. Widely applied in construction machinery, auto parts and petroleum machinery industries. It can be integrated with automatic loading/unloading and robot systems.
